Black Forest Woodcarving Antique Character French Whip Hook Nineteenth Century

Wooden sculpture of the black forest representing a figure with glasses reading a leaf and wearing a frock coat, his legs forming hooks for hanging whips and whip hooks, vintage nineteenth century. This sculpture is in good condition, it's called a \The hooks are horn buffalo.
